If you had a First USA card in 1999 (don't have the exact dates in front of me), you should receive a note in the mail regarding a proposed settlement of a class action lawsuit against First USA for deceptive practices on interest rates and late fees from two payment centers. I may be entitled to at least $29 or multiples thereof for late fees, depending on the number of claims.
