first time overclocking e7200

Hi, I just attempted overclocking for the first time on my e7200 @ 3.16 ghz (9.5x333). I have the vcore on bios set at 1.19375. My RAM is DDR2-800 and is currently running at 333 also (1:1) with 5-5-5-18 timings. MCH and ICH were left at stock voltages. I was wondering how everything looked? I'm currently testing for stability and everything looks good so far, except I'm a bit worried about my temps; i'm only on stock cooling.
