first time overclocker

so this is my first time overclocking ever, i just want to ask if im doing this correctly and what more i can do to improve..

first off my rig: amd64 2800+, Chaintech VNF3-250, Mushkin PC3200 2.5 cas, and Zalman CNPS7000B

heres what ive done so far in bios to overclock. ive changed the HTT from 200 to 233 and left the multiplier at 9, so 233x9 = 2097, ive changed the memory speed from 200 to 166 and now CPU-z says Frequency 190.7MHz and also changed to 1T for ram because Zebo's thread said a64 suffers with 2T.

am i doing this right? i want to get 2.2ghz without changing any volts, or get the highest i can w/o changin volts. zebo's thread also mentioned tighten timings would i have to do that? should i leave it alone for now and run prime95 for 12 hours? temps are still the same as without overclocked

Don't forget to change the HTT Frequency to 3x instead of 4x.

I don't think you'll be able to get 2200 with stock volts. i couldn't at least

I run my 2800+ at 9x250 with 166 mem divisor, running the same ram as you overclocked 4mhz

stock cpu voltage, 2.8v on memory, stock or auto on all other voltages
2.5 3 3 7 timings for the memory. YMMV

I can go higher but it requires a voltage bump
