SCUBA

Senior member
i got PIII 800eb with a asus CUSL2
i have a clear view of how to O/C the cpu
133mhz by 6 and the voltage 1.8
but what kind of ram should i get
133mhz or 100mhz and why?
and what is CAS2 and CAS3 thing what dose it stands for
i mean am lost with the ram i dont know what to do
pls help me out

Get PC133 Cas2 ram. Cas refers to the memory timins, the lower being better. PC133 is ram at 133mhz, as PC100 is ram at 100 mhz.

THe advantage of pc133 cas2 is that if you reach high bus speeds and the ram can't take it (140s-150s) you can set it at cas3 and it should handle some extra mhz
