Depends on what you get. Too much Thai is based on coconut and peanuts. Hell, it's like having candy at the movies. The other spicy stuff is great, Thai chili peppers are close to being lethal if used wrong. That's the beauty of Thai, those that want sweet, nutty or fruity stuff can have it and those who want to use curry paste as a blowtorch for clogged sinuses can be happy. You just have to be careful about what you order since the food is on opposite ends of the spectrum.
Is it true the Spicy Thia Food burns twice?

Thai is good... but not all of it.. (I usually just get Pad Thai) its really spicey which I love when I am in the mood for that kind of thing 🙂

Ok... Someone recommend me something to get at a Thai place.. I love, I mean LOVE chinese.. And there is no such thing as anything to spicy..

Here are a couple chinese dishes I like:
Kung Pao Anything
Sweet & Sour Anything

I would like to know of a good thai place in overland park also.

Never tried it, but I love chinese food.. I just dont have a clue what anything Thai is and dont want to end up eating tendon and bone marrow soup or something like lobster brain.

Start with Pad Thai. It's good and nothing really strange about it. Of course, I've never seen bone marrow soup or lobster brain on a thai menu before either.

I had some Curry dish made with curry (obviously) and coconut milk. I have chinese and sushi a lot but never had Thai food. I love that stuff and want more. That is all

It's almost like they put some sort of addictive drug in there...."Special C" anyone?

Try Pad Thai.

Thai food rocks. My wife is from Cambodia, and their food is very similar, just not as spicy. Thats pretty much all she cooks.

Same here. Cambodian/Chinese food is mmmmmm good.

Krung Thai rocks. Best Thai food I've had. One of my favorite dishes is the chicken with basil, chili peppers
