I would definately take the 4200 over the 8500, i just got done building up a system and spent hundreds of hours of research and then went with the 4200. Its worth 20 bucks, its a great card and instead of getting a 8500LE and trying to overclock to 8500 speeds, you can get the 4200 and try and o/c to 4600 speeds. My 4200 runs great at 315/605 and can be pushed a few more notches up in each before i see any artifacts. And not that 3dmark scores matter all that much, but i score higher then some 4600s on systems running similar and even faster processors.

sounds fine to me since NewEgg sold out of their Samsung :Q

Will just have to check to see if compatible with MoBo.
