First time builder config

PSU should work. You realize you are linking to a refurbished mobo? Also, since you're getting the Zalman, why not get the OEM chip?
 
Yes, I would definately suggest a somewhat greater wattage power supply. Probably one close to 500 watts. Antec is good but why don't you consider using one of the new modular supplies or possibly one that has NO fans, if you want as quiet a system as possible - this may be important in that you are going to be using an AMD processor and even though the Zalman you are getting is very quiet, you may want to cut down all of the extra noise you can.

One thing I did NOT see on your list was a good UPS/battery backup. Unless, you already have a good one, I sure would not spend all of this good money and then run it on either no or a cheap surge suppressor. Get a good 800 to 1000 VA UPS - computers of this caliber deserve good clean (no ups or downs) power. I prefer Belkins for non-business/non-server applications or APC if it is business/server.
