SSE3 has nothing to do with overclocking...it over clocks better because its SOI.

I think he was referring the "will run a wee bit faster at stock speeds" to SSE3 support. He didn't mean that BOTH "it will overclock better" AND "run a wee bit faster at stock speeds" are due to SSE3, just the part about running faster at stock speeds.
