get 1 gig of performance ram than a value type, any idea's?

Don't get a Thermaltake PSU. They droop their rails under heavy load. Overall they are not a good buy. There are much better options in that price range.

performance ram and value ram have very slight differences, gaming wise. value ram, however, don't overclock very well. that's when you should look into more expensive ram.

Agreed!

On top of that, the Not-So-"Silent Purepower" actually sounds like a NASA aircraft-testing wind tunnel.

or you could just run a divider

Set yourself a budget and see what you can do with it. Performance memory will help you when overclocking 1:1, but A64s don't necessarily take a huge performance hit when running a divider to keep the memory around 200 MHz.

You could save some money by buying a cheaper DVD.
NEC 3520 seems to be the recommended consensus here.
