I am still going back and forth on the 3200 vs. 3500, the XP-120 vs. Retail HSF, and Corsiar VS vs. OCZ EL PL REV 2. I could definitely save money with the lesser parts but the others offer me a chance to OC later. I am also planning on adding a 2nd 6600 gt at some point in time (when they get cheaper). Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

^He's right.

Firstly, make sure that the XP-120 will indeed fit on the board--it's too big for some. You also need to get a fan of your own to go with that. If that's too big/expensive, try a Zalman 7000AlCu if you're going for an aftermarket cooler, though you should be able to get to at least 3500+ speeds with the stock HSF.

You can most definitely OC without killing performance using value RAM instead--see the stickied 939 Memory Roundup in the CPU/OC forum.

Instead of SLI, another option is to get an NF4 Ultra board (one PCIe x16 slot; these can be found for around $120) and get a 6800GT or X800 Pro now. If you can wait a while, the X800 XL on the horizon looks promising as well.

I did use search quite a bit to pick the individual components. I guess I should have searched to see if someone picked all teh same ones as me. Thanks for the help. My apologies to the "SEARCH" crowd.

As someone said before i would just get a nForce4 Ultra mobo now, get some normal ram, I would recommend some 2-2-2.5 but that might be an overkill, I don't really know, and I would also recommend getting just a A64 3000+ 90nm S939, you could easly overclock to 3500+ speeds (and more I think you can get upto FX-55 speeds, not sure) and save your self a ton of money, but make sure it's 90nm, it's important as it gives a better overclock, the one thing that's weird is that it's not on newegg anybody know why, saw it there before.
