Hate the snow, hate the snow, hate the snow. Back in the day it wasn't bad but now it's a nightmare. People in Seattle do not know how to drive in it. Especially in the Down Town area, too many hills.

Factoid: The automatic transmission was invented in Seattle.
 
Technically the first snow here in Pittsburgh, though none of it stuck to the ground and it was about 10 flakes per block that fell. I want a lot of snow, it's so much fun to drive in. (I'm from rural NW Ohio, one and a half lane roads with 8 foot ditches, you have to know how to drive in snow if you don't want to replace your car every year.) Anyway it is so much fun to whiz by a guy going 15 on a showy road when you're going 55, the look in their eyes! Gotta have good snow tires though.

Our first snow is coming tonight, and I cannot wait! I love the winter, it's my favorite season. Anybody want to take me on in a snowball fight? 😉
