First "round 2" fixes?

I recently had my whole house water filter housing crack and start leaking, which I had replaced some years ago. Thankfully I was in the basement staining some wood and noticed it. It must have just happened a couple hours previous. This got me thinking about how I'll eventually start dealing with more and more round 2 type fixes, fixing/replacing stuff I've already fixed around the house. The only other thing I've done like this is repair my new kitchen faucet a couple of times. Everything else has held up pretty much, with maintenance ofc. Perhaps it will be time to sell the house once the big stuff breaks again lol

Any fun stories about this?
