First overclock...Advice for a noob?!?

I have a FX4100 and am looking to overclock for the first time ever. my Rig is on my sig below this post. Wondering if anyone could give me some tips or possibly what they now is considered stable on this CPU.

I think you can go to 4Ghz without touching other settings or cpu voltage. Just make sure your memory frequency is at or lower then spec. AMD peeepz correct me if Im wrong.
