Really just interested in to see what other people prefer, I really love third person games on my consoles - not sure why. Though, I do love a good FPS, I still find myself playing Third Person Team Tactical more than anything when I hope in MW2, and my most recent game purchases have been Red Faction Guerrilla, Mass Effect 2, Red Dead Redemption, Splinter Cell: Conviction, MW2 and BioShock 2, with only two of them being an FPS.

I prefer a really good TPS to a good FPS, but it seems like overall the FPS games tend to be better.

If I could get MW2 in a GOOD third person (not what they included) it'd be awesome.

The perspective doesn't matter to me as long as the game is fun and the controls work.

To me it always feels like FPS's have better control over aim compared to TPS's...but TPS's obviously get the edge in awareness and feeling like you know whats going on around you. (of course, that means all of you are going to say i have no awareness in FPS's, which isn't the case but whatever! 😀)

I said first, but should have said the both. I absolutely LOVE Uncharted, but a good shooter like FEAR interests me a whole lot.

3rd person is my pick as long as the camera angles aren't ass. I think it's a better adaptation for console controllers. COD4:MW is about the only FPS that ever felt perfectly dialed in to me. About every other was too slow or too boosted.

I prefer 2nd person shooters. You follow the main character around and watch "you" kill.

On consoles? 3rd person. Because you don't get the kind of flexibility with looking around you get with a mouse. After all, twitching the stick can only move the view so far. But on PCs? 1st person. By far.
