i like the nose. rear doesnt match the curves of the front. backend is too high (like found in most japanese cars- ie corolla)

the nose is the only thing i like

Looks a bit bland to me, but it's hard to say from just seeing pics. It does look better than the Golf V IMO and I think it has enough VAG styling cues to be recognizable as a Volkwagen.
