i hate movie critics. they should all die

dont get me wrong, there are real bad movies out there, but the fact that these fvcks get paid for doing nothing but to comment and nitpick on the hard work of others. make me sad and mad.

no kidding. Movies, like all forms of art, are subjective. Aside from that, a movie is supposed to be entertaining. It doesn't have to have deep plot lines, hidden meanings and all sorts of crap like that to do it's job.

dont get me wrong, there are real bad cars out there, but the fact that these fvcks get paid for doing nothing but to comment and nitpick on the hard work of others. make me sad and mad.

no kidding. Cars, like all machines, are subjective. Aside from that, a car is supposed to get you from here to there. It doesn't have to have alloy rims, dual exhaust and all sorts of crap like that to do it's job.

Just thought it would funny for you both to see how absurd your comments sound when applied to another subject. Could have chosen food or relationships as well.

YOU may want mindless action in a movie.....like some people just want a car with four wheels. Most people, however, want a movie that will ignite thoughts and/or emotions as well as entertain.

Did I mention that I love my job? :D

WOW, where do you work. Live in chicago also...need a new job!
I work at WMS gaming as a mathematician. We make slot machines.

B- sounds fair. Thats not really a bad rating. I've watched and enjoyed movies that had cummier ratings than that. I'd hardly call this review a trashing, the character transistion and development has been weak throughout the first two movies...it hardly surprises me that they are still going to be a problem in the third.

That guy doesn't have a knack for brevity. Far too boring to read more than half of it, and that was skimming.

That wasn't much of a trashing. That actually increases my hope that the movie won't suck...

Thank you for seeing my side. Like I said... MOVIES ARE SUBJECTIVE. You clearly want movies that ignite thoughts and/or emotions as well as entertain. I want something to simply be worth occupying my time for 2 hours... if I get more out of it... hoorah!

Unfortunately for you, you are less likely to have satisfaction on a regular basis.

BTW, your thought of changing the subject and assuming that my statement could make an easy blanket statement is both absurd and assinine of you... especially in the way you do it. "Movies, like all forms of art" is NOT EVEN comparible to "cars, like all machines". You might as well re-do it a bit more with "aids, like all viruses" or something else totally off the wall. That, or maybe your comprehension of the words "art" and "subjective" are a little too kindergarten for your complex-movie watching deep minded self-appreciation.
