First LED Projectors announced

I wonder what the pricing will be? I would think that it would be > 10k.

Eh?

Considering LED based DLP TVs aren't particularly expensive, I don't know why the projectors would be that out of whack either.

You need a lot more light output for a FP compared to a RPTV.

PS How the fuck did Delta get into the PJ game?

My brother picked up a Samsung LED DLP RPTV a couple months ago and the picture is absolutely amazing. It was about a grand used on Amazon for the 56" iirc. I've hated the PQ on every RPTV I've ever seen, but this was really good - if I ever get to the point of being able to have an exercise room, I'd definitely throw a big one of those in there 🙂

But how many Lumens are they (not)?

Are these only going to be good for dark media rooms, or will there be models with good enough lumens to be used in presentation meeting rooms.

That's what I couldn't find.
