This RAM is slightly cheaper than yours, I think:

The SSD doesn't seem too necessary. A 1TB mechanical hard drive is cheaper and you get more storage.

I am not too versed with video cards, but according the nomenclature of Radeon cards, a 7770 is significant step down from the 7870. I'll let those who know more than me to highlight what you're giving up.

I do not like the FX 6100 choice because it's a Bulldozer. The Piledrivers are better and the i3s are better than it performance-wise. Since you have access to the Micro Center, consider if you can make room for the i5-3470 that is going for 150. The FX 6300 or i3 3220 would also be something to look at there.

Personlly, I would do whatever it takes to get an i5 if I were building a gaming setup. Especially if you live near a microcenter, they have great deals on both Intel and AMD cpus and motherboard combinations. But an i5 will give better current and more future proof performance and lower power consumption for only a small increase in price relative to a whole system, the cost of games, etc.

As for the video card, I just got an i5 off the shelf system and added a HD7770. It was more than adequate at 1440x900 but since I upgraded to 1080p, I am clearly gpu limited in every game I have tried. That said though, I have been able to run everything on high or ultra except Witcher 2 which I can run on high but have to turn down AA and shadows. So I would suggest a 7850, but a 7770 is adequate and in the future it would be easier to upgrade the video card than the cpu.

if you can try to get a Vishera chip instead of bulldozer or intel i5

For gaming? You can't be serious.

For encoding, maybe. There's a nuanced argument as to when vishera is a better choice than Ivy Bridge. Yours is not one of them, but then again, you list no GPU in that vishera system of yours, so you are evidently not a gamer.

Anandtech:

Skyrim: 28 FPS Difference
Diablo III: 8 FPS Difference
Dragon Age Origins: 20 FPS Difference
Dawn of War II: 14 FPS Difference
World of Warcraft: 35 FPS Difference
Starcraft 2: 20 FPS Difference

Doesn't Justify the cost difference as all of the games still have great FPS and are very playable on both systems
