I did, but it was SOOO slow. I only have 2.25 GB of RAM and my hard drive is slower than molasses. Once I get a better system I'm switching back.

What are the specs of your netbook? I'm thinking about moving to w7 on my netbook. Mine has a gig of ram and the standard 1.6ghz atom.
i run it now on my desktop and love it.

I never once got that for any avg versions but compared to how much people hate the Avira pop up can you really complain?
