Anyone with the sense to not want to live under the dictatorship that Obama has created. Though Hillary and the other Dems try to demonize him, Putin is in fact a wonderful leader.

meh, everyone knows she didn't say that, exactly. But she pretty much did say it--Russia is our neighbor, therefore I have experience in foreign policy. derp.
Foreign policy experience on the level that she (or more likely, career bureaucrats working for her) have dealings with their Russian counterparts, similar to how a governor of Arizona or Texas would have dealings with Mexico. That's unique to border states, although Alaska is probably unique because Russia is always pushing. Dunno if I'd call that foreign policy experience - unless I was running for office.
