The only big problem I see with that build is the PSU. Rosewill PSU's are very hit or miss in that regard. Something like a Corsair 400CX is a high-quality unit that provides more than enough power for that system.

You can go with a Samsung F3 instead of the WD Black and thus get a 1TB drive with similar performance for $15 less. The mobo is also a bit much considering that it doesn't have USB 3.0 or SATA 6Gb/s. A combo like this gets you a board with both for less (and a free keychain!!).

There is also the option to go AMD at your budget. A 955BE and a GA-870A-UD3 would let you step up to the GTX 460 1GB and 650TX (combo with F3).
