First Build

I am planning on building my first rig soon, heres what im looking at:

ASUS p4p800 deluxe motherboard
P4 3.0 ghz with hyper threading
A gig of Kingmax pc3200 ddr ram
AGPB 400w power supply
Maxtor 120 gig hd at 7200 rpm

im pretty much a newb, i dont plan overclocking right now. Suggestions on cooling? (how many fans, heatsinks, etc.) Like i said im pretty new to this, how difficult will it be to put this rig together?

It would be fine to put it together...but you wont have any video...

what kind of video card are you going to use?

ya i have a geforce fx 5700 ultra

just buy the retail processor, it comes with the heatsink and fan. you should also get 2 case fans, one for intake (front), one for exhaust (rear). that's all you need.
