Would there be much of a performance difference for games in the next year between the 3000+ and the 3200+ with the Chaintech mobo?

maybe a few frames. but you can OC the 3000 to 3200 speeds with no problem.

I've heard mixed reviews about Thermaltake PSU's. Personally I would get an Antec, only because I have never ever had grief from one.

Other than that, sweet build.

How well would the 3200+ overclock? I want to know because I will want to stay with the same processor until socket 939 gets into my price range.

Yeah I decided to go with the retail version because right now the OEM is out of stock. I know they'll probaly get it back in within a day but I decided it would be less hassle to get retail. Once I get all the parts I'll need help with overclocking because I'e never done it before.

Hmmmm, I just realized Newegg made a price drop just now on some of the AMD 64 processors. Should I move up to 3200+?
