I think you'll find people more willing to help if they don't have to click on a separate link for each component.

Also, it's tough to give reasonable suggestions without knowing your budget and the intended use of the machine. I'd fill out the questions in the stickied thread Blain wrote.
 
Nice choices in CPU, motherboard and harddrives. The case I won't comment on, if you like it go for it. But the other choices, well, there are better options.

EVGA GTX 260 $179.99 - $20MIR (also includes free copy of CoD:WaW)

Much better card & cheaper than the one you picked above.

Corsair 3x2GB DDR3-1333 $95 - $20MIR

Far better deal on memory. Note: even if you're into heavy overclocking, this RAM will take you as high as 4.44GHz (20x222, 6x222) without having to overclock your RAM speed.

Regarding the PSU, just grab this Corsair 650TX for $75 (after $20MIR). More than enough power even for dual GTX 260s on an overclocked i7 system.

Considering you've dumped a good chunk of money into the case, a graphics card such as the 250 is a joke - a slap in the face more like - a GTX 260 or higher would be much more beneficial to the build. Sorry to hit ya with reality, but for what the 250 is modeled after, I would not recommend it for an Core i7 build. Maybe as a starter graphics card for someone new to gaming, but not for a relatively powerful build.
