First boot media error

When i first boot loading the error
PXE-E61:Media test Failure check cable.

What cable are they refering to?

if my mobo make help you it is a BIOSTAR "M7NCD" nForce2 400 Socket 'A'

Your NIC. Turn off your NIC in the machine's boot order BIOS screen.

it is not allowing me to acess my BIOS.
