First bikeride of the year.....

IT's going to SUCK

I am going to be sooo stiff afterwards..am I am only doing ~20 miles tommorow

I'll build up to my usual 42 or so slowly....


THe only thing that sucks is that I am compiling my minidiscs right now and it is slow as hell....then again I am a cheap bastards so i guess i deserve it

I fit all my radiohead albums on one MD though .. every album they've made except pablo honey....


Now on to the classical music disc and the "hilly portion of the triP disc:

RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE BABAY!

Ditto.. in the past I rode 40 miles on a MOUNTAIN bike with massive treads....since last year however, my uncle gave me his vitus roadbike, and it has been "wonderful" with it.

See, I'd rather have a mountain bike, since I like to trail ride and there are a lot of places for that around here (and the beach). But, my sister has a trek performance touring bike she wants to get rid of which would be kinda cool, except that it's purple and it's worth a bit more than I want to pay

cool... had my first ride of the year a few weeks ago.... having an ipod as awesome when taking a nice ride through central park!

Anways, I did 20 miles at a variable pace in about 2 hours. It pretty muich consisted of spritns and cruising etc for the whole trip. LEt me tell you though, IT WAS FRIGGEN COld out there. Must have been 38 or something. I couldn;t feel my hands for quite a bit.....then again I was wearing a sleeles sweater and shorts

Honestly I am not that sore because I didn't push myself that hard. I was going to go all out anyways as I didn;t want to fvk myself up or something.


THe music was fantastic.

HAHA.... FIRST BIKE RIDE OF THE YEAR???

When it snowed the first weekend of the year, and the city was to LAZY to plow the 5 inches of snow off of the streets at 7:30AM on Saturday, I had a choice between the good o'le falling appart Giant Yukon, or slamming the Mustang into a fire hyrdant to get to work.

I bike to work because I have to... prolly 7 miles each way, and ONLY in foul weather.
