First attempt at lamb

all that and you have some cheap knife with a plastic/rubber handle to use. looks good. I love lamb, especially when it is rare.

Yep, 2:30 a side on med-high heat. Coated them with olive oil, s+p, rosemary before cooking. Poured a mix of honey, balsamic vinegar, garlic, olive oil over it after.

Nice job on not overcooking them. Sounds like they came out great.

Where did you get the lamb chops? Looks like the cut that Costco has been selling lately, which is really nice.
