We have too many 'do-overs' today. There was a case here where they gave a MUCH lesser sentence because it was the person's first time and they didn't realize they'd get in trouble![]()

I think as long as it's an opinion, or based on fact, it's fair game......but once someone starts making stuff up, that becomes libel, an intentional tort......which can be grounds for a lawsuit....and it should be. Free Speech is one thing, everyone has a right to an opinion; lying and damaging reputations is another thing entirely.
