The AData SU900 is 3D MLC, and has been on the market for a few weeks already.
Edit: It would be nice to have some competition in this space, the SU900 is rather pricey, almost twice the price of their SU800, which uses 3D TLC NAND.
The 850 Pro which uses 3D MLC NAND has been around for a while now.
As has the 950 Pro (though not quite as long) so it isn't the first PCI-E drive to use 3D MLC either.
And as noted in the article Adata makes the SX8000 which uses the same controller in conjunction with 3D MLC (may well be the same NAND too).
