Firmware update for seagate disk?

Hi!
I want to ask if there is a way to update the firmware on my Seagate 320 7200.10 hd. Mine is 3.AAC and this one in techgage review is 3.AAD http://techgage.com/viewimg.php?img=/re...=Seagate%20Barracuda%207200.10%20320GB

I have always wanted to do the same thing, I looked around for a while a found nothing, but going from AAC to AAD does not seem like it would be much of a change, might not be worth the time you spend looking for it

According to my smart software monitor, the seagates do have the ability to be firmware upgraded but I haven't ever seen such a program in real life.
