Why is it that Quake4 gets this before Doom3?

Also, since they probably used the Intel compiler, we need to see some before and after numbers to see whether AMD's scores actually went down as a result.

WTF M8? They show it with SMP on and off and a single core 3800+, so I'm not getting where the "before and after" comment is going. Are you saying we need a AMD specific compiler?

As to Q4 getting it before D3, Q4 is a relatively recent title, where as I don't think nearly as many still play D3?

hihihi, some are really freakin out cuz they see the first game that really gets a boost from a dualcore. congrats. too bad for those who like to run their enthusiast hardware on 1600x1200... :/ :] happy waiting for more games...in 2006, maybe high resoultions will get more performance then aswell.

btw: why is the 1024x benches missing?!

Are you that paranoid when you see a P4 beating an A64 that you automatically assume its some massive conspiracy theory?

The before and after for the single core 3800+ did not change. But then again, if you actually clicked the link you would've known that instead of trying to start some FUD.
