Firewire Raid Enclosure?

Thanks, TangoJuliet. Looks like the Sata one I found does not do Raid1, but yours does. Thanks for pointing it out. Wish it were silver to match the MBP.

OWC makes some of the best hard drive enclosures on the market. You can't go wrong buying their stuff

I've heard nothing but excellent things about OWC as well. If you want a loaded enclosure, make sure to check out G-Technology - http://www.g-technology.com/

Those look slick (the G-Tech ones).

Do you know if you can swap out the hard drives with larger drives?

I would be interested in picking up the 2 drive 250MB unit and throwing some 1TB disks in there.

G-Tech is sweet, but with a high $/GB.

I'm considering a Drobo, but its cost of FireWire and NAS are major deterrents.

Drobo is cool until you realize that it is not😛

The Drobo looks nice. And was also recommended by Leo Laporte. What is wrong w/ the Drobo?
