can anyone recommend a good firewire card?? are they all basically the same...like does the brand matter?? i'm needing a pci firewire card because i just bought a ipod for the pc... if any of u use a pc ipod..can u tell me which firewire card you use?

It really shouldn't matter. I am currently using my audigy for firewire. It works just as well as the card I have.
