i really like zonealarm
not only is it a great firewall, but it has a built in pop-up blocker (keeps those annoying adds from popping up when you try to surf)

Its hard to without details. I'll go out on a limb and say you need it for 1 PC running WinXP. If that is the case, use the one that is built in. It works well and is free.
