Did a virus scan...nothing...but why is winhost.exe trying to contact a spyware/spam site?

I automatically accepted and ran a very suspicious prgram via MSN...after this NEVER going to auto accept anything. My virus scanner (avast) and ad-aware didnt pick up anything but something doesn't seem right...

any ideas?
