Firefox/Thunderbird setting transfer

I just built a new machine with a new install of windows on a new HD. I want to copy all of my bookmarks, saved passwords, email settings and everything from these two programs on the old system to a cd or something and put them on the new system. What files/directories should I be copying over or what is the best way to do this? Thanks.
 
Their respective directorites in the application data section of your home directory if you're using Windows.
~/.mozilla, ~/.firefox, ~/.thunderbird or so if you're using just about anything else. 😛
