Firefox rocks!

I finally have to use IE to test a company website after not using for quite some time 🙁
All I can say is Firefox rocks! I can notice the performance difference loading and browsing the same website. IE is slooooooow I felt like screaming at the browser.

In conclusion, Firefox rocks!!!

yes it's better than IE for the most part, but I hate that it's a big fat pig, especially for a browser that's supposed to be the shell of its former self. Loading it is almost like loading Photoshop.

FF is definetely the best browser out there. I use Maxthon at my work for all of these sites that "have to" have IE, and like it. Has cool skins, plug-ins and tabbed browsing. I can't stand Opera, and would start using old fashioned IE long before I ever bought a browser

I prefer firefox as well.
Has anyone tried the new netscape (I think it's still in beta, but you DL it)?
I was using Netscape a lot more than IE, up until I came across firefox. Just curious about how the newest netscape compares to ff.

Big fat pig? The download is only 5 megs? It couldn't be too fat. I think I'll download and try it now. I've gotten nothing else to do (stuck home from work with a bad sinus infection).

It takes up 95MB RAM when I have 1 page / tab open. That's sick. Not something I need when I already have pig #2 - javaw.exe running. Hey I do some photoshop stuff and my machine is down to a crawl. Sure I can go up to 1GB RAM instead of 512MB... but not because a web browser is screwing me.

So your tard ass either paid the $39 or used a cracked. FF is free. Thus, FF > Opera.

It's a trade off IMO, as long I leave 1 firefox window open then it's okay. I rather surf faster and wait a lil bit when the first firefox process open. I can surf much faster with FF especially with the hack that someone posted here a few months ago.
