How do I stop that annoying pop up that asks me to clean up recently viewed images from showing or popping?

While we're asking Firefox questions.... When you click on a tab and then close it is there any way to get firefox to go to the last tab you viewed instead of the next tab in line? That's my only complaint with firefox for the most part.

Instead of switching tabs and closing the newly-selected tab, jsut right click on the tab you want to close and hit 'close tab'. YOu never have to move away from the page you're reading.

Yeah, I figured that out 😉 I was more meaning if say, you open a new window to read an article for example, finish the article and want to close the window and go back to the last one. Or if need to switch between windows quickly and don't want to have to keep moving your mouse. Ie. Opera.

Use Ctrl+Tab, you might like that.

May I recommend the Tabbrowser Extensions? I don't think it will solve your problem, but it'll really streamline your tabbed browsing.

In the prefrences for Tabbrowser you can change the closing tab behavior to what you are asking for.

does that work with .9? A couple posts there indicates it doesn't

flxnimprtmscl, google for an extension called 'Tabbroswer Extensions' (spelled like this), it gives you an entire configuration bigger than firefox's entire browser config for tab behavior.
