Hey. Using 1.0 here. I have some old plugins that I want to delete and uninstall completely. Only thing is, when I click uninstall, it says that "It will be removed on the next restart". ... and it never goes away. I restart, and it doesn't disappear like other plugins. The two plugins are called DerBrowserTimer and Download Statusbar, both of them have the uninstall and disable option greyed out.

Can I modify a fire in the C:\program files dir in order to make these go away? As well, the Statusbar plugin is active, and I want to turn it off, but it won't go away...

The quick and dirty method is to uninstall firefox, delete its directory, and your firefox profile. Then re-install from scratch. If you don't want to loose your profile like this, then there's another way, I just need to check on which files you'll need to get rid of.

I'd like to do it the other way, if you could help me out. :D
