Firefox master password requests

Why does the main site always trigger the firefox master password dialog box? I am logged in so there should be no need for it, but whenever I open the site, unless I've just entered the password recently, I get asked for my master password.
 
No, it's not that. The password dialog appears after 30 minutes, but only when presented with a webpage with a password entry field. There isn't one (visible) on the anandtech.com home page. Unless I'm missing something.
