Firefox length

Um... however long my computer is on. Or I get fed up with the memory hogging it does over time. So, sometimes a few weeks. If I have a ton of tabs, I'll save the session and restart it to get the memory back. Or if I play a game I'll kill firefox and open it back to the previous session.

I'm starting to get sick of Firefox, so I'm using Opera and Safari more these days.

The memory issue is the only problem I have with it. And I think connected to that memory issue, is when I have a ton of tabs open, any video played on a site will stop after a few seconds. Have to restart firefox to get that ability back.

But what keeps me on firefox is it has such a strong community, and the devs are constantly adding great things with major releases. At this point I couldn't say I'd trade it for anything, as with all the plugins I use, I absolutely love how I have it configured.

If I'm using it or have something I'm in the process of reading I'll have it open, otherwise I close it. I don't leave programs idling in the background usually except a couple IM apps.

I've had it open over 48 hours before though. Never had any memory leaking issues with it.
