Firefox is giving me problems with two plugins.
1. Apple's iTunes trailers page gives me nothing but a gray frame where the trailer should be no matter what res of trailer I watch.
2. There's a plugin made by Unity called Unity3D web player for using EA's GameFace creator, a tool that lets you make an in-game likeness of yourself for EA Sports titles. But, the tool itself won't install properly and run no matter what I do. EA and Unity simply don't reply no matter what.
I've flushed cache on Firefox, removed other plugins, reinstalled them etc etc. Finally it occured to me to ask here. Hope someone can help.

Thanks!

Have you tried to install it on another user profile to see if there is some kind of problem with your existing profile? If it works then you'll probably have to completely delete your profile in firefox and start again.

Hmm.. didn't know that was possible. I'll look up profile instructions.

For me a good way to test this is to just create a temporary new user account on your computer and then do your testing on that one.

I don't like having unused user accounts lying around though. Can you delete it after?

definitely - you can delete any user accounts that you want to, you only have to leave one administrator account.

I know that the Unity plugin was deprecated in Chrome, which likely means it won't work in FF either.
