Firefox issue

I was browsing through firefox, and noticed that a new update was available, 1.0.3. I downloaded it, and decided not to install it during the setup. So I exited the setup. Now when i go to open up firefox I get this error, "The program must close to allow a previous installation attempt to complete. Please restart." Well I have restarted 3 or 4 times now and am continueing to get the same error. So, what could correct this? Anyone else encountered this situation?

Nothinman, the same thing happened to me, and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. So I ditched Firefox and went back to Mozilla, which sucks a lot less 🙂.

aren't you a firefox developer? 😕

Hmm why not just uninstall and then reinstall the new version. You had to do that with the last few updates anyways or you could cause problems. Wouldn't be surprised if this one is the same.
