firefox is slow in some webpages. is there some kind of fix?

whats up guys. trust me i dont want to use explorer but i have noticed that one some webpages firefox is a little slow to load and the pages seem harder to scroll through especially my.yahoo and even the frontpage of anandtech. its not too noticable but when compared to explorer u can see the difference. computer is brand new and has a clean install of windows. first program i downloaded was firefox after all the drivers. so i know its not cause i have spyware etc etc. Should i just live with it till firefox comes with fix or is there already a fix out there.

I have this problem too, but it's been a thing with Firefox for a while now and I'm sort of used to it...
