My FF3 install and my mom's both will pop up a window when updates are found. It's confusing for my mom, and I see why.
Two buttons appear: Install and Install Updates.
One installs the stuff that was just found. The other pops up a window that's asking the user to find the update files.
I remember which one to click; she doesn't.
Is there some way to make it simply install the updates without asking anything at all?
Fun part: Options -> Advanced -> Update tab.
"When updates to Firefox are found:
Ask me what I want to do
Automatically download and install the update
--Warn me if this will disable any of my add-ons"
Sounds like enabling the "Automatically..." option should do it, right? Nope.
It still always asks permission to install Add-on updates (if there are any) when Firefox is starting.
