Firefox hogging core.

Often, my firefox has been fully utilizing a core and it would run very slow.

I have a feeling it has something to do with flash. Flash has been frequently crashing for the longest time - even after a format and a clean install.

But recently, it stopped crashing. I'm thinking maybe instead of crashing, it's hanging.

I'm pretty sure it's not a particular website as I closed all websites except a trusted one, and it still occurred.

Is there a task manager for firefox like chrome so I can see which website is creating the resource hog?

Not that I'm aware of. Trial/error is the way to figure it out I think. Even if the site is trusted, it doesn't mean they don't have a problem with their setup.
