It says I need a plugin. It doesn't recognize it when I click search.

Ive upgraded to the newest versions of Media Player, Quicktime, etc.
Still no luck.

IE works. Fiefox doesn't.
 
The plug-ins for Firefox are not necessarily the same ones used in IE. Make sure you install Firefox ones.
