I'm running Firefox .93 and it keeps losing cookies for websites that I don't visit regularly. AT isn't a problem, as I come here daily. Other sites that I don't visit quite as often seem to lose their cookies and I have to keep logging in. Are there any workarounds for this issue? I checked in my FF settings and it's set to accept and keep all cookies, so I don't see what the problem is.

Cookies are supposed to be able to expire. When a site sets the cookies it probably tells firefox when it should ditch the thing after a certain period. Maybe IE actually did it wrong (assuming you're comparing to IE here) and ignored these instructions? Next time you get one of these cookies try inspecting it and seeing what it says about expiry dates.

Also check out Permit Cookies... you can just hit Alt+C to always allow cookies from the site your on. I know that isn't exactly what you were asking, but thats been answered, and allow cookies is a useful tool so you dont need to go into the cookie manager very often.
