i downloaded a file partially, stopping it midway, and then from firefox's download manager i did a - right click,"remove from list". the file disappeared from the folder. is there any way of getting the file back?
 
Sounds like what you did would have removed the part file and I'm not sure that is something you can undo to be honest.
