Firefox crashing madness

the newest version of firefox keeps crashing its starting to make me mad the old version was fine what happen to new? anyone else have this problem some of my friends have some havent.

What plugins are you using with Firefox? I've noticed the versions 1.0+ have started to crash more for me, but I think it's because of a few plugins I use and it doesn't crash enough for me to seek a solution.

and bandwith tester
auto copy

i unistalled the ad-block
now when i went back to the site it didnt crash nice and i had this other one that is suppost to make it so when i dl another window doesnt pop-up but it didnt work so i unistalled that too.
